Damaged or Lost Shipments

Ensure you retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Shipping Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes.
